Cow Pies |
Read: |
|
The early part of my career I spent writing and producing music for TV commercials—everything from Target to McDonalds to Pepsi to, oh yeah, a product called inhibitor bolus. Inhibitor bolus is this huge pill that a farmer forces a cow to swallow. It winds through the cows system and when the cow, uh deposits its pie in the pasture, the cow pie is laced with a chemical that inhibits the reproduction of flies. That’s right, they were paying me to write a jingle about a pill that killed flies in cow pies. Scary, huh?
After a career of about 2000 commercials for products that could, at best, only improve your life, not change it, I decided I needed to start promoting something I really believed in. Something that had changed me. That’s why I wrote this book.
This Surprise Me idea, this God of surprises, has the power to change your life, to change you. Join the experiment. Pray, “Surprise me, God” today.
